Nestled in the heart of Eglinton Park, the home is a new build detached property:
- Eglinton Park is literally on your doorstep.
- Kilwinning town centre is a 30min walk/5 min car ride (supermarket, post office, resturants/bars).
- Irvine town centre is a 10 min car ride (larger shopping, supermarkets etc).
- Kilwinning train station has fantastic service to /from Glasgow Central (trains every 7 mins at peak), express trains taking little over 20mins into the heart of Glasgow

The area is very walk/cycle friendly. The beautiful Ayrshire coast, has beaches Galore, with Ayr, Troon, Prestwick, West Kilbride, Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Largs all within each reach.

About Us:
We are a Scottish/Canadian couple who work in Technology and Forensic science. We have a room for rent in our large new build in Kilwinning.

We split our time between Glasgow and Ayrshire, so you will have the house to yourself for a good proportion of the time, so ideal for someone that want’s both company and their own space at times.

We have two Belgian Malinois dogs (Django and Coltrane) who are somewhat local celebrities, so an animal/dog lover is a must.

We’ve had lodgers now for over 15 years, and consider everyone of them friends to this day, we can provide references if you want!

We’re looking for a working professional, who’s looking for a home not just a house.

We are massive foodies, and love to explore Ayrshire and Glasgow we’re happy to do all we can to make you comfortable in your new home.
