Double room for rent in the heart of Kilwinning, a beautiful small town in Ayrshire.

The property is in an area of many pubs, restaurants, and hotels with beautiful countryside walks and public parks as well it has beautiful beaches from Largs to ayr beach, so if you love the outdoors this is the place to be or if you just want to get some of the countryside fresh air you can just step outside to the garden area take a deep breath and take in all that fresh air at your doorstep.

My property is in the heart of the area with good public transport, the local Kilwinning train station is just 5 min drive away or 12 mins walk away, which is the main track starting from ayr to Edinburgh, with great bus links into Glasgow or local parts of the town.

The double room/ has a double bed, a large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, with a small wardrobe with shelving to store shoes, hats, etc. the room is carpeted with Morden style of decorating, and there is a wall-mounted 40-inch TV as well a computer desk if you are working from home.

Bathroom/ the bath is a good size with a mixer tap so if you just want a shower you can just change the tap function and shower away, bathroom has a large sink with drawers in which you can store your toiletries.

Kitchen/ the kitchen has been received renewed about 4 years ago which has a built-in microwave and oven/grill unit, with a glass stove top, the kitchen has different appliances ( air fryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and the usual cups, plates etc)

The living room area/living room area is very cosy, with a large 50inch TV with soft furnishings throws, and large cushions to help relax and make you feel at home.

Back garden/ the garden area at the back of the property is a large mature garden with decking, leading up to a gravel area with trees, shrubs, pond to take in the fresh countryside air or if it’s a beautiful sunny day just to sit outside soaking up the sun and relax.

Parking/ parking is at the front of the house which has a small road leading into the property.

About me/ I am a 42-year-old male that works the early morning shift and occasionally works a late shift, I spent my time at work, gym or just relaxing with my family and friends, I am a young at heart person that enjoys gigs, food outdoors walks or spending my time relaxing, I am easy to get on with. I keep a tidy house, I am looking for someone that is tidy, respectful open and honest. the Reason for renting out my double is the cost of living it is a good way to help reduce the cost and make it more affordable for both to live than struggle plus it’s a good way to meet people from all walks of life.

The rent for the double room comes with all bills included plus WIFI.
