Great location and views. Town is a 10min walk and the nearest bus stop is at the bottom of the street.

The flat is well looked after and I like to keep the place to be clean and tidy, so looking for someone who will do the same please. There is plenty of parking on the street and also a small car park, can arrange storage for bikes as well if needed.

I work away 2 weeks at a time and spend alot of my time off away also, so you will have the flat to yourself most of the time. In my time off I enjoy most sports and being outdoors and also enjoy cooking. I am a sociable, easy going person and respect people's space.
