Please note that the room is single occupancy only, due to the set up of the room sharing an access corridor. This helps keep noise to a minimum.
Price includes gas and electric in weekly rent. WiFi is included. Council Tax to be paid by tenant through South Ayrshire Council (approximately £83 per month if paid over 12 months).
Ideally, a minimum of 3 month let is preferred and the rent payments are made weekly/ monthly (your preference) by standing order.
