Small double room for rent!!!

Im a 24 year old male with a small double bedroom in a 3 bed house for let. I am a live in landlord. My girlfriend occasionally stays also. All bills are included, there is also fibre optic broadband and sky in livingroom(with sky sports and bt sport) bus stop outside front door which takes you into ayr or down Prestwick Main Street where links to Glasgow etc. Theres a carpark at rear of house. house has a modern kitchen, large bathroom upstairs and cloakroom toilet downstairs. shared use of kitchen and appliances aswell as sky in livingroom.
