The bathroom
Shared, bath/shower, towel heater.

The living room,
Shared, 2 double plug sockets available, sofa, fold up bench press, punch bag, fibre optic broadband with onestream however will be changing over to Vodafone at end of contract, for equally as fast or faster speed.

The kitchen
Shared fairly equipped to support your cooking requirements. Electric hobs.
Boiler, Spacious fridge freezer and washing machine are fairly new, almost 3 years old and working like a charm.
We can arrange fairly for a decent amount of food storage space between us no bother.
Storage cupboard equipped with vacuum, pressure washer, and stuff.

The gardens.. undergoing surgery, but still available for certain activities.

I have made one room in a studio for music and gaming, you're welcome to use it.

The me

I am clean, kind, creative, sociable, spontaneous, respectful of other people's behaviour and privacy.
I like to cook and will happily cook for you, I should probably mention that I am vegetarian, I would be vegan but I looooovvee me some pizza, and eggs. not together mind, but now I am curious. You are welcome to use my food I find myself throwing out more than I eat.. need to work on that. But if I find you eating my pizza and ice cream I will kick your ass so hard you won't be able to sit down for a week :)
When it comes to dishes I clean as I cook as much as I can help it. I don't mind washing dishes that I didn't use.. yours..

When I am not working you can find me making a load of plans that I never stick to, or trying to make video games all on my lonesome, if you are a programmer, artist and or a game designer I will probably be begging you to join me on my crusade so be warned.
I also play music, not so much now as I spend my time trying to work with audio engineering for video games and c# but you are more than welcome to use my instruments.
I have a weights and other exercise related gadgets that you can also use.
I have Amazon prime, so we could binge watch some things.

I do not mind you bringing inviting guests over, as long as you're respectful to the neighbourhood, and the house obviously, I cannot ask much more.

Parking - unfortunately it is street parking until I have the means to convert the font garden to a parking area.

I should probably mention that I have a cat friend that comes to visit.
