This is my family home. I have a large furnished double room and a small double room for rent.
There is a shared modern clean and tidy kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a shared living room with sky, broadband, DVD and iPod docking station. The bills do not include the use of the phone, which I never use and never have had a bill for it.
The shared bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.
The house is in a quiet area with limited parking,2 min walk to bus to Kilmarnock, 5 min drive to m77 at Fenwick junction, 7 min walk to train station to Glasgow. 2 trains an hour.
Stewarton has a small but well appointed shopping area with the coop and Sainsburys open longer hrs. Very good carry out food with Indian, chinese, chip shops, tea rooms and pubs and restaurants.
I'm looking for a respectful person to keep the place clean and tidy.
These room are not serviced and you would be expected to keep your own space, the bathroom and kitchen clean and tidy.
