2 Double rooms - one with pvt lounge and en-suite

Please note this is a room to rent in our home and not a full house share- that means only room you have to clean is your own etc. Tarbolton is a quite village situated between Ayr and Kilmarnock, with easy access to Glasgow and Prestwick.

Room 1
We have the top floor of a three storie house to rent out It is a very large room split into two with the stairs one side can be used as a small lounge or extra bedroom for kids if they are occ staying over, other side is a large bedroom there is also an en-suite shower room.

It is fully furnished with King-size Bed, wardrobes and draws. It also has a small table, fridge, kettle, microwave, sofa and two old style TV with Free view (not portable). All bedding is provided.

Room 2
This is just a normal double bedroom with again a king-size bed, chest of draws and built in wardrobe.
There is a full bathroom with shower next door which would be shared on occ with friends of family that might stay over.
There would also be use (normally own use) of the lounge on this floor where there is a fridge/freezer. A kettle can be provided to enable hot drinks etc without having to come to ground floor.

Other information
There is a kitchen on the ground floor which can be used for cooking, as well as the wash room which has a washing machine and also the boiler house to dry clothes. Obv times or at least request to use these as we use them ourselves.

Private Secure Parking is available as well as plenty of street parking if prefer.

We are very close to the local spar, doctors and chemist.

DSS would be considered if the person was right however we would prefer a professional person.

Couples - We would also think about a couple as room is defo big enough as it is like a wee self contained flat only diff is you do not have a kitchen or your own front door. Although slight adjustment in rent for 2 people.

Short term rent is also available rent adjusted depending on length of stay and also Mon - Fri rent available as well as just weekend. We are very flexible for the right person.

About us: - Please note we both do smoke although we only smoke on the ground floor so the rooms for rent are smoke free. We are an easy going couple and are looking for someone of the same.
