Two rooms (1 Double plus Office / Bedroom)

All applicants considered as long as they are happy to share this house with myself and my dog. All bills included as well as council tax (Band B). Double divan bed including drawers and a large cupboard with shelves. There is a second bedroom (or office / games / TV room) linked to the main bedroom which has previously been used as a study (for those wishing to work from home) and has been used for children staying over.

The Kitchen is fully furnished as is the utility room which includes American Style Fridge-Freezer and a Washer-Dryer. This property includes an outbuilding which can be used as a gym etc. There are multiple pubs & restaurants within walking distance, There are planty of amenities in this old market town including a bakery at the end of the street to a Waitrose. All within a 5 minute walk from the centre of Ampthill. 5-10 minutes to Flitwick railway station and 10-15 minutes drive to M1 motorway.
