This is a lovely property, very close to Ampthill town centre, Ampthill Great Park, the bars, pubs and Waitrose. This is a great location, however there is on street parking available only. The property itself is a small character mid terrace cottage, clean, tidy with all modern amenities, including wifi.

The room is a small double room. The property has a downstairs bathroom. There is a cat at the property, who rules the roost, so must love cats.

I'm looking for someone to rent the room during the week only. This would suit either male or female, professional non-smoking individual.

Ideally situated for Lockheed Martin employees and the rate may be negotiable depending on the amount of days the room is required.
