* LARGE Double Room in Cottage - Mon-Fri Preferred

Spacious period property over three floors so we won't be on top of each other. Room is large with a comfy bed and plenty of storage space. House has washing machine, dishwasher and a very good shower. Share of bathroom and all living space including large garden. All utility bills & WiFi included. It's a 8 minute walk to/from the train station and there is a shop a few doors away. My preference is for a Monday - Friday lodger (for the £340pcm price advertised) but I can be flexible with weekend stays. I'm an easy going landlady and not around all the time so you'll have the place to yourself every so often. Therefore I'm looking for a responsible person who I can trust to look after the place.
