Pleasant room in the country

Room available on a Monday to Friday basis in a quiet village near Hitchin. It's a double room, not ensuite but there are two bathrooms and one could be made available for sole use. I work full time and go to bed and leave the house early, so would want someone who is quiet and able to respect space. Kitchen and broadband available. The village has some basic shops and several takeaways but Letchworth and Hitchin are close by, with a full range of shops, restaurants etc. There is usually space to park on the road outside but there is also a parking space at the back of the house. About 7 minutes' drive to Letchworth station. I have a very old cat, who spends most of his time sleeping.
