We are a professional couple with a spare double room available, fully furnished, clean and smartly decorated and modern in appearance.
We live in a very quiet cul de sac in the southern outskirts of Bedford.
Our house is fully equipped, with superb broadband to which you will have access.
The room has an ensuite shower, toilet and basin, with a digital aerial/Freeview (Sky Q can be arranged at an extra £10 per month).
You will have your own cupboards in the kitchen and your own space in a fridge freezer. Our kitchen is fully equipped and you can use our pans and crockery.
You will also have access to washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There is ample parking close by and the centre of Bedford is roughly 10 minutes drive.
We hope to welcome friendly and professional individuals to rent this room.
As we have extremely clean and friendly dogs, this room is probably not suitable for shift workers.
