Downstairs there is a spacious communal area with seatee, table, chairs and wall mounted TV (which I pay the licence for). An American fridge freezer in which everyone has their own numbered shelves. each person also has an allocated cupboard, so no confusion.

I provide most daily equipment ie cutlery, crockery and pots/pans, tea towels, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and anything else I thought would be useful!

There is access from the front of the property via a locked secure gate. There is also a bike rack in the court yard. The property also has a cellar that can currently be used for extra storage.

All bills and unlimited 350mb Virgin internet are included in the rent.
