Fantastic location for anyone working in the town centre, the hospital or travelling via bus or train stations, all these are within minutes walk away. NB: PARKING PERMIT UNAVAILABLE.

Both rooms are upstairs and bright and airy.
Furnishings consist of a large wardrobe, chest of draws, a bedside table with lamp and desk with adjustable computer swivel chair. The en-suite room has a small double (4ft) which lifts up for storage.

Downstairs there is a spacious communal area with seatees, table and chairs and wall mounted TV (which I pay the licence for). An American fridge freezer in which everyone has their own numbered shelves. each person also has an allocated cupboard, so no confusion.

I provide most daily equipment ie cutlery, crockery and pots/pans, tea towels, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and anything else I thought would be useful!

There is access from the front of the property via a locked secure gate. There is also a bike rack in the court yard.

All bills and unlimited 350mb Virgin internet are included in the rent.
