Housemate wanted to share in Castle Road area

I’m looking for a quiet professional person to share a large home on Castle Road. £900 pm including all bills.

What’s included: Basically you have the sole use of the first floor. There are 2 large rooms and a family bathroom, Larger bedroom has en-suite shower.

Please note the rooms are UNFURNISHED.

Room 1 is a large double bedroom 3.6 x 4.2m (12’ x 13.7’) with bay window, a chest of drawers and wardrobe and off this a modern ensuite with loo, shower and sink.

Room 2 is a slightly smaller 3.8 x 3.0m (12.5’ x 10‘) which could function as a separate living room or study.

The modern family bathroom has a large bath, loo, sink, over-sink cabinet and a large storage cupboard which houses the washing machine. I rarely use anything but the washing machine.

Shared use of a fantastic, well-equipped kitchen/bar area on the ground floor, with diswasher, heaps of storage and pretty garden.

The downstairs living/dining room functions as my workspace as I work from home and normally need to keep this for my own use but I’m not always working and do travel away.

Parking can easily be found on the numerous quiet streets close to the property.

A stone’s throw from the Embankment and Russell park, the house is surprisingly quiet with good double glazing, very nicely presented with a pretty shaded garden.

I am a 59 y. o. designer, have lots of interests, friendly and easy to live with.

NB: I rent the house and am sub-letting and my landlord will require the usual credit checks. I am looking to share with 1 person only.
