Your studio comes with a memory foam mattress & double bed. In addition, you will be provided with a double wardrobe with drawer storage & a bedside unit.

You will also be provided with your own fridge/freezer within the kitchenette or shared kitchen.

We provide a fully equipped shared kitchen for tenants to prepare food.

There are laundry facilities located in the basement with washing machines & dryers for tenants to use.

The building has been completely refurbished & remodelled and offers CCTV throughout the shared areas of the building and also a Keyless Entry system. This is a secure building with parking also available.

We also have a weekly cleaner who cleans all shared/communal areas.

What's included?
TV licence, Utility bills - Gas Electric and Water, Unlimited Broadband, regular cleaning of all spaces apart from your bedroom and bathroom, supplies and service charges are included in the quoted rent.

What's not included?
Band A Council Tax is payable to Bedford Council. Being a single occupant you can receive a 25% discount on the annual council tax bill.

We have a dedicated maintenance team that are on hand to fix anything that goes wrong as quickly as possible, whether its a broken appliance or a blown bulb, we will get it sorted straight away.

The Best Bit
We don't tie you into a 12-month contract, we start with a 6-month contract as we understand that situations can change. If you need to leave for any reason, all we need is 2 months notice.

Please note that the holding deposit once paid may be non-refundable. If you make an application for a property and the landlord is unable to proceed with the tenancy due to a change in their circumstances, the full holding deposit will of course be refunded. This will be returned by bank transfer.
If the application is not successful as a result of references received that are not favourable or the tenant decides not to proceed then the holding deposit will be retained.
