This is a single room available in a lovely 3 bedroom house sharing with 2 females, one English one Polish.

You will have your own single bedroom which includes:
•John Lewis single bed and mattress
•wardrobe with rail and drawers, shelving etc
•curtains
•bedding
Furniture can be changed about depending on your needs, a desk and chair can be provided.

It's a lovely and bright south facing room.

Shared use of:
•Main bathroom - bath with shower over bath and your own storage areas
•Kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dining table
•Living room
•Lovely garden with grass area and two patios.

House is approximately 8 years old, is always cool in summer and warm in winter, is nicely decorated, has lovely neighbours and is very safe.

Short walk to bus stop with direct routes to town centre, University of Bedfordshire campus, direct route to loads of supermarkets (Tesco/Waitrose on Riverfield or Aldi/Coop/Iceland on Church Lane).

On road parking.

The room is suited to professional or student looking for somewhere safe and happy to live. It’s a non-smoking, non-vaping house.

There are two cats and two rabbits living here (rabbits are in a bedroom upstairs). No further pets for that reason.

No guests overnight please.
Guests in daytime allowed a couple of times a week but with my consent first.
No smoking or vaping.

Water, gas and electric bills, wifi, netflix and disney+ included. Council tax NOT included.
