You will have your own single bedroom which includes:

•wardrobe with rail and drawers, shelving, chest of drawers

•bedding: duvet, 2x pillows, 2x duvet cover sets. Blankets available.

It's a lovely and bright south facing room, nice and warm in winter, overlooking the garden.

Shared use of:
•Main bathroom - bath with shower over bath and your own storage areas (sharing with female only)
•Kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, American style fridge/freezer, dining table
•Living room
•Lovely garden with grass area and two patios.

House is approximately 11 years old, is always cool in summer and warm in winter, is nicely decorated, has lovely neighbours and is very safe.

Short walk to bus stop with direct routes to town centre, University of Bedfordshire campus, direct route to loads of supermarkets (Tesco/Waitrose on Riverfield or Aldi/Coop/Iceland on Church Lane).

On road parking only.

The room is suited to professional or student looking for somewhere safe and happy to live. It’s a non-smoking, non-vaping house.

There are pets in the property so not suitable for further pets.

No guests overnight please.
Guests in daytime allowed a couple of times a week but with my consent first.

Water, gas and electric bills, wifi, streaming including netflix and disney+ included. Council tax NOT included.
