About me...

I am 42 year old live in landlord and musician who runs his own teaching business in London. I'm a british guy with a love of culture and languages (Hablo español porque a pesar de ser inglés, tengo un corazón mediterráneo) I'm very chatty and friendly but I really appreciate coming home and being peaceful after a long day in the studio.

I love film, swimming, cooking, travelling and motorbikes.

I live here alone, but I do have a wonderful partner who visits often, occasionally with her son. She is Spanish, speaks English perfectly, and we both speak a mixture of English and Spanish when together. That's her with me in the profile photo.

About the potential tenant....

I'm looking for someone to rent the available room in my flat, who is calm, chilled, tidy clean and respectful.

Full use of shared spaces, I don't expect people to lock themselves in their rooms when I'm about (weird that some people would want that) I much prefer a vibrant household.

I'd prefer someone who doesn't work from home, but shift workers and students are fine.

I don't mind if someone has a pet, as long as it is cared for by the owner, but I sadly can't accommodate someone with a dog.

Cats are fine as long as the tenant is 100% responsible for it and keeps it's areas clean and smelling great.

Would really suit an indoor cat as it's a first floor flat and there are double doors, helping to stop any escapes!!

Monday-Friday lets also considered so get in touch to discuss terms.

References required from employer and any previous landlords are a bonus.
