Seeking a young professional, preferably female, to fit in with current tenants. We are looking for someone who is tidy and responsible to join us in our home. We are a friendly group who spend time together but are also comfortable with our own space.

Communal space includes fully equipped kitchen and large living area with television. Communal garden space with built in BBQ and covered seating area - perfect for the summer months.

Smokers welcome, although smoking is restricted to the garden and outside areas.

Bedding (pillows, duvet and sheets etc) not included in rental but all other furniture provided. The room has plenty of storage space.

Off road parking available. Close to bus links into town and a short walk away from several supermarkets.
