The house is in a very good location in Brickhill are with easy access to town centre, quick links out of town and close proximity to university, city centre and the parks.

The room is a furnished and bright large single room with shared bathroom.
The bathroom, kitchen and the lounge area is shared with the family (mum and a 11 yo child). Shared spaces are spacious and bright, as seen in photos.
There is a large garden area to the back of the house. On drive or on street parking on a quiet road.

Viewings are welcome and advisable as it is best to get the feel for the place and for us in person. We are a tidy family and welcome tenants appreciating a tidy and clean house too. I am working from home so I'm around a lot of the days but I'm a quiet person so I keep to myself most of the time. We are most active before school in the mornings and in the afternoons.

I am looking for an honest, respectful and tidy person to share the space with.
