Small Double Room for rent in my town house

I have a large town house in the beautiful village of Great Denham. Good links into town via bus stop outside house. Plus good road links. MK40 4GZ

I am a live in landlord with one other lodger in another room. This small double room will have an adjacent bathroom with power shower and bath that will only be shared with one other housemate.

I’m a private kind of person and tend to mainly use my lounge and bedroom that’s on another level in the house to this room.

Certainly not shy to have a chat and sometimes a cuppa or drink or two! I’m not a. party animal and neither is my lodger. Expect chilled vibes here.

I have a small dog and so does my other lodger that is already here and has been for about 4 years now. Well behaved dogs won’t bother you unless you want them to.

Both of us are single and gay just incase that is an issue for anyone (Just being transparent). We are not the type of people that are camp and skipping around the house lol.

Very clean and tidy house. Great garden to chill in the summer etc.

Rooms can be changed around and could fit a double wardrobe in for more storage.

Off street parking outside house. Some garage space for storage if needed

£200 deposit to be paid with first months rent at commencement of room let.
