This is a share with myself, the owner, and another lodger (total 3 people). This is a large, clean, well kept house in a quiet, desirable area of Bedford, 10 minutes walk from town centre. You'll have exclusive use of your own bedroom and living room (2 rooms). There's a hotel style bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Outside there's a patio garden for sitting & hanging washing. All utility bills and internet are included. You should be willing to contribute to the day to day cleanliness of the house. You'll need an employer's reference, and one month's deposit and rent in advance.
