Double room in shared house

Ground floor large double room with television and fridge lots of storage including 4 draws in the Bed with the use of ground floor shower room located next door to the Bedroom This is a Detached house which is quite roomie Nice size garden with seating and Bar B Q area . Kitchen is fully equipped with air fryers microwave and plenty of gadgets . We have a separate area which houses fridge and freezer and tumble drier as well as seating Large hallway with seating and exercise bike There is a bus stop opposite the house which goes into the Town and also parking on the drive way We are a mother and daughter and one other lodger who are out going and friendly and relaxed .We all tend to like our own space quite a lot .I work from home in a separate area We are looking for someone who will fit in with the house hold so looking for someone who is friendly and respectful who also likes their own space female preferred
