Double Bedroom & your own Living Room

I have a double bedroom and a separate lounge available to rent in my lovely detached modern house on the edge of Bedford. You would share the bathroom with my son and my grandchildren if they visit, which is hardly ever!. (I have an en suite in my bedroom.) The modern bathroom has an excellent shower.
The rooms are clean and well decorated and furnished. The lounge is a garage conversion so quite big with a sofa, table & chairs etc. There is also a toilet downstairs.
There is room on the drive for parking.
I have 2 cats so I guess you'd have to like/tolerate animals.
Dedicated freezer space and fridge shared with my son. Washing machine & Dishwasher.
