Hello! I’m Jenai, a 25y/o female working at the hospital, and I’m looking for a flat mate! It’s a modern, 2nd floor, 2 double bedroom flat with 1 bathroom, with loads of natural light. It is walking distance from the embankment (10 mins), town (10 mins), hospital (25 mins) and Bedford train station (25 mins); and there is also secure bike storage within the apartment complex.

The bedroom is unfurnished, but the kitchen/ living room area and bathroom are fully equipped for move in! The contract with the landlord is a minimum 6-month fixed term, with scope to stay on beyond this, and tenancy is subject to a reference check from the letting agency (Price Wallace). It is council tax band B.

I‘m quite busy with work, and am out most of the day, but I always welcome a friendly chat in the kitchen when I’m in! Ideally looking for a female working professional, around the same age, who is also clean and tidy. I’m interested in running and all things sporty in case that’s something you’re interested in too!
