Big wardrobe as per picture. Also bed as per picture ( is massive once open) but can be changed if needed. Other items would be removed - to be discussed.
Bathroom is shared ( include bath) but there is also small toilet room downstairs.
Living room is big - Currently no TV. I just don’t watch TV. I love plants, books and sport. All bills and broadband included. Also, car park spot available.
As I’m living in the house I would like someone who is responsible and care about themselves and house too! Hygiene first. I like my house to be kept clean.
I would like someone who is working and want just nice quiet place to live with good atmosphere. I’m easy going as long you not overstepping into my comfort zone. If we get along we can throw party / BBQ in the garden once in a while.
