Off-street parking, 1st floor flat (no lift), close to Bedford town & river, pretty quiet area, shared garden. 4 other rented flats in property.
Current flatmate may be looking at leaving furniture but dependent on their new space (to include bed, desk, bedside drawers. So this may be an option at a cost). A wardrobe is already included room. I use the other bathroom in the flat.
Sadly no pets or smoking allowed in the flat.

I’m looking for a new housemate to share the flat with. I’d describe myself as friendly, easy-going, and considerate. While I’m pretty quiet (I live in headphones and am a bit of a night owl in my room), I also enjoy socialising and am up for a night in or out—depending on energy levels after work! (I work long days)
I really value keeping shared spaces tidy, especially the kitchen (it’s a snug fit for two), and we’ll have a large living room between us (sofabed available for guests). I respect personal space and privacy but would love to find someone I can click with.
