Double Bedrooms available

4 rooms (2x double, 2x single) available on first floor of a spacious house. To keep it less crowded, I am only letting 2 rooms (1x double and 1x single), will keep rest of the rooms empty for extra space.

Rooms are unfurnished, all bills included, plenty of parking space. Shared kitchen and washroom. Will let one double room (Couple £850, single £650), and one single room (£550).

I live with my wife on ground floor. I want to keep the maximum number of people in the house between 4-5 including us. It's a 6 bedroom house, so you can imagine there's plenty of space. Would prefer females or couples as tenants.

Can also consider letting the complete first floor (4 bedrooms) to a single family for £1200. In that case you will only have to share kitchen, and will have a washroom of your own.
