Friendly, Professional Flatshare – Spacious Double

Hiya!

We’re yet another couple who’ve fled the big smoke for Bedford!

We have a spacious double room available in our lovely top-floor flat right by Bedford station.

The room comes with its own sink and TV already set up, giving you your own comfortable space and lots of privacy.

You’ll be living with us, a professional couple in our 30s and our two friendly cats. We’re both friendly, easy-going and respectful, and we’re looking for someone who values a clean, calm, comfortable space rather than a party flat. We both work full-time (one from home), so you’d ideally also work full-time and be mindful of noise during the week.

The flat has:
A well-equipped kitchen with everything you need.
A bright and spacious shared bathroom with bath and shower.
All bills included: utilities, council tax, and broadband.

📍 Location: A few minutes’ walk to Bedford Station, 10 minutes to the town centre, with direct transport links to London, Luton and Milton Keynes.

To make sure the fit feels right on both sides, we’ll be arranging viewings throughout November, with an ideal move-in date at the end of the month.
