Shared bathroom, second separate cloakroom and washing up facilities. Very private with own stairs in a 4 bedroomed house with only 1 occupant. Plenty of storage and room to work. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Close to the hospital. I would like a professional person or mature student who is in full time employment or education who is clean and tidy.
