Room in house with large garden and park close by.

I am a single parent teacher looking for. a room mate, preferably female and who works with children or knows and understands children, to live in my spare room. Large house with gardens and plenty of off-road parking.
My children live with me every other week, they are 8 and 9. We have a cat, he doesn’t do an awful lot as he is 15. He abides by house rules and can’t get onto surfaces due to his arthritis (pic from his youth!) We have three living area rooms: dining room, sitting room and hobby room plus kitchen so lots of space to get away for alone time if needed.
