I’m looking for a Monday to Friday lodger for an 18 month old 2 bed top floor (2nd) flat.
The room is en-suite and fully furnished.
A new double mattress can be supplied at cost to the new lodger.
I stay over once or twice a week, normally at weekends otherwise you will have the flat to yourself.
The lounge/kitchen diner is fully equipped.
There are 2 parking spaces and the location is very quiet.
All bills are included + full fibre broadband.
Immediate availability subject to deposit and references.
You will be expected to sign a lodger agreement as per the SpareRoom. com standard arrangements.
6 months minimum let preferred.
