The flat is fully furnished, with some small local amenities within 30 minutes, including a local shop, village hall, park and walking paths, and fish and chip shop. Further amenities are also projected to be build nearby including a larger shop, GP, and train station.
The area is supplied by six different bus services to the local surrounding area, as well as larger towns including Bedford and Luton. There is also easy access to the A6 and A421 with little traffic at most times of the day.
The rent includes all bills (electric, water, council tax, TV license, and wifi), and a parking spot is provided as well as ample off road visitor parking if needed.
