The room has a double bed, 2 X wardrobe, Chest of drawers, set of smaller drawers, Office desk and chair £520.00 per month. Perfect for a couple.

2)Single bedroom.
This room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers office style desk and chair and a sofa for your relaxation. £350.00 per month

There is a shared bathroom, shared kitchen . The kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of kitchen cupboards and 2 X fridge freezers. Washing machine and tumble dryer. All essential kitchen equipment is provided.

All bills are included plus wireless broadband. A security deposit of one months rent is also required.
