Beautiful Room in a Victorian Property £320pcm calendar month based on a Mon-Thurs 4 night let ( if you wish 5 nights Sun-Thurs then there will be an extra charge for that) it's a 5 minute walk to town centre with fantastic transport links. refurbished available and vacant, and comes fully furnished, with period furniture and single bed, has own kitchen and shower room at the top of my property and is very private and quiet. Very close to Town Centre and train station. I work at the top of the property in the room next door as a therapist working from home so I only use toilet and kitchen when I work upstairs, so therefore is pretty much self contained. Suitable fir professional people working away from home that ho home at weekends. I am looking for someone who is mature, clean and tidy.
