Ensuite Double Room to Rent in Large House

Double room available in shared house, has ensuite, close to park and few miles away from town center and rail station. Must like children as we have ours visit a few times a week. Also we have a dog. all bills included. Looking for tidy clean person. last tennant stayed for 2 years. The room is unfurnished but can be furnished at a higher rent.
