We currently have one bedroom available , with a double bed on the first floor in a character house,

This room is fully furnished with all utility bills & wifi included. Landline if required, can be available at at extra cost.

Our house is on a main bus route with an easy 10 minute walk to town centre and 15 min walk to train station. It is a 10 minute walk to Bedford South Wing Hospital/A&E.
We are opposite handy shops including Dunelm, Gym, B&M, Subway, Pizza Hut and easy walking distance to bingo, local bakery & other takeaways.

Cleaning items (bleach, washing up liquid) & toilet paper included in price.

The house includes an upstairs bathroom with shower/ bath/sink/toilet.

We have a large communal kitchen with a range cooker and pine table & chairs.

We also have a pretty court yard garden with ornamental fish pond and seated/shaded area

About ourselves: We are Living Landlords, one male one Female both smoke but only smoke outside.
We have no pets.
