The bedroom has just been freshly redecorated as the last person stayed 5yrs.

We have a relaxed set up with no strict rules just respect and consideration for others living here..

This is a pretty quiet but friendly house and although we love music and sociable if your looking for a wild social life here you'd be living in the wrong house.

Its an easy stroll to local shops, the river, town and many nearby restaurants and local pubs are all within minutes walking distance.

Finding the right person to fit in with us is more important than renting the room quickly as we share the house like a home not just a place to sleep :-)
