I have a double furnished room available to rent. It has a double bed and a wardrobe which I can take out if not needed.

It doesn't have an en suite but this room has use of the main bathroom as my bedroom has an en suite.


The property is a 15 minute walk from the town centre and a 30 minute walk from the train station.
I have a 7 year old cat.

Smokers are welcome but there is no smoking inside the house.

It is a cul-de-sac so there is safe on road parking.

I tend to live quietly Monday to Friday and may go out some wknds.

This is a Monday to Friday room and there is no shared lounge.
