This is a beautiful double luminous bedroom in a two bedroom cottage with lovely garden at the back. I am ideally looking for a quite and tidy mature person for a Monday to Friday let only.

We are located 20 minutes leisurely walk to the railway station station, 10 minutes to the bus station and town center, 3 min walk to the beautiful river side with rowing facilities and beautiful scenic cycle route. There's bike storage at the back for keen cyclists. On road parking available.

You would be sharing with my 7 year old daughter and I. We are usually back home late afternoons/evenings.

If you are looking for a nice comfortable place without the long daily commute this is the place you are looking for.
