Housemate required

Spacious room to rent, located in town centre. All shops, market and bus station are within a 5 minute walk distance. Train station is about 15 minutes away. The flat is over two floors - living room, storage room and kitchen on the first, 3 bedrooms, storage room and bathroom on the second. All rooms, including kitchen and bathroom are quite large. We don't have a parking space allocated, but if you need one, we can contact the council and have one allocated in the car park next to the flat. Current housemate is moving out on short notice so room is available now.
