The house also benefits from a separate TV lounge, two bathrooms, two WCs & two kitchens. So you can be as private or as involved in house life as you wish. The rooms are well insulated for sound due to the construction of the property.

For those with bikes or motorbikes or cars there are some parking & storage areas at the rear of the house along with a small terrace which catches the sun (when we have it!)

The room is furnished with a double bed with orthopedic mattress (to ensure a good night sleep), a wardrobe/chest of draws & bedside table. It also has its own wash basin & mirror.

WE DO NOT TAKE A DEPOSIT from our house guests making the cost of moving more affordable and there are no admin fees.

The area has a variety of local shops nearby, the beautiful Bedford Park and lake are a few minutes walk away, and Bedford Rugby Club is just down the road.

The town center is only a 7 minute walk with the train station about 1 mile from the house.
