A quiet area close to the castle road embankment area. The park is very close, which I often use during Parkrun. The town centre is 15min walk or a quick cycle.

I am a professional working Monday - Friday away from the property. Returning every other weekends. I am new to the property so furniture is minimalistic, so plenty of room to bring some character to the house. Open to turning the place into a shared home. I will be adding plenty to the property over the next few weeks.

I am a social, fit and active individual. Looking for clean, considerate professionals, ideally mon- Friday but open to discuss.

there's a garden to the rear. Parking can be a little frustrating at times if the Rugby is on. However I find a space 9/10 times.
