Single bedroom for rent

Although the Ad says professional, I will accept mature students.

This is for a small single bedroom with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. You will have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom and access to the internet. I have Now TV and Netflix on the Xbox which you can use, and you are welcome to have a television in your bedroom.

The house is occupied by myself and my 2 year old daughter, so I am not looking for a house mate who is too rowdy. However, the little one spends some time with her dad each week so friends are welcome to come round.

I would ask that help out with chores around the house and if you are happy to do the occasional babysitting then the rent could be lowered.

I also have 2 cats.
