my home is located close to town, train and bus route, there are plenty of amenities in the area and is only a walk away from the riverbank. the house is situated in a cul-de-sac and although parking is on the road, only residents situated in the cul-de-sac park in the area. the home his a 3 bed end terrace house, the occupants are clean and tidy and I would expect the same from my potential lodger. I am looking for a female who likes listening to music, friendly and employed. the room is a single room situated at the front of the property
