I have a very beautiful Master double bed room in this recently refurbished period property, finished to a very high standard.

This upstairs double room is very spacious, bright and airy and over looks the sunny court yard garden. Furnishings consist of a study desk, with substantial bookshelf , an adjustable office chair, and large wardrobe.

Downstairs there is a spacious communal area with seatees, table and chairs . A large fridge freezer in the kitchen and each person also has storage food cupboard.

Location
Fantastic location for anyone studying at Bedford college, University of Bedfordshire, Cranfield University or working in or around Bedford, the North Wing hospital or travelling via bus or train stations, all these are within minutes cycling or driving away.

There are two WiFi connection sockets one for BT and another fibre optic high speed connection socket for Vergin.

NB: The single room is ideal for a full time student at the University of Bedfordshire due to its location.

PARKING
Available for two vehicles on the drive way.
