Large house on quiet residential street.
We have 1 room available: Double room with shower room en-suite £450pcm. En-suite includes shower and basin. The WC is the next door on the landing.

Rooms are for single occupancy.

Relaxed, friendly houseshare for working people. Housemates include our two border-collie dogs, they are kept in the owner's part of the house so are not around much in the shared areas.

Although there are sometimes multiple rooms listed we currently only rent out two rooms at the house.

The house includes a large shared living space with lounge and dining areas, this leads to the conservatory and large mature garden.

Good Broadband signal in all rooms. TV with netflix in lounge area. Kitchen with pans, plates etc provided. Seperate utility room with washing machine. The main bathroom includes a separate shower cubicle and there is an additional WC on the first floor.

Off-street car parking is available. There is shed storage space if required.

We are close to cafes, pubs and the riverside parks.

The town centre is a 25 minute walk away or the bus stop into town is 5 minute walk. Also a 5 minute walk to the M&S food garage and other shops.
