Easy access to the A6/A421 and there is very little to no traffic coming out of the town. There is a local bus service to the neighbouring villages. At the village hall they hold exercise classes and events every week which is also a few minutes walk away
The rent includes gas, electric, council tax, water, TV license and broadband. There is free parking on the road outside the house.
