1. A bedroom with hanging space and lift up double ottoman bed with memory foam topped sprung mattress and a chest of 3 draws
2. A kitchen living area, with own fridge freezer, two ring electric hob, sink and modular long settee. You are welcome to bring in a microwave if you have one.

This annex is in the rear of a registered HMO and over looks a beautiful garden space. You have your own front door

You will also have full access to the main house to enable use of the oven, washing machine and hob if needed. I also provide a TV in the main house.

Electric is extra in the annex (about £15pw in the coldest part of winter but next to nothing in summer months).There are two new wall mounted heaters and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. However, all heating and facilities are FREE in main house which you have full access to!

All house mates are sensible professionals, all rooms are ensuite.

The House and annex were refurbished recently and have modern wooden stripped effect flooring. Outer doors open onto the newly refurbished landscaped rear garden, with raised wooden decking area and garden furniture, there is a low maintenance garden area and rotary line for all to enjoy. The side gate of the house and garden is locked for extra security, a key is supplied. There is also a shed to store a bike or any other large 'things'!
