Double room in quiet and friendly family home

Small double bedroom in a modern maisonette opposite Bedford Hospital. Double bed, clothes rail, bedside table, chest of drawers. 1 minute walk to Cranfield University bus stop, 10 minute walk to town centre, Bedford railway station and St John's station. Large living / dining room with a recently tuned piano, 3 x toilet / bathroom, kitchen with the usual appliances. Gas, electricity, water, WiFi included.

You would be sharing with myself (52-year-old professional female) and my well-behaved, quiet and tidy cat (so the home is unfortunately not suitable if you are allergic to cats). My well-behaved and sensible 17-year-old son also spends 3 nights a week in the house (he spends half of the week at his dad's).

Our previous lodgers have included several language assistants coming to do their work experience at schools in Bedford, and also Cranfield students, so we are especially keen to hear from you if you belong to either of these groups!

Strictly non-smoking, female tenants preferred.
